Invacare UK participates in the Posture and Mobility Group National Training Event

This year it took place at Warwick University from the 9th to the 11th of April. The NTE is known to concentrate on provoking and innovative subjects, this year topics of discussion revolved around provision of posture and mobility services from a clinical, technical and commissioning aspect.

This year the Invacare UK team provided a loan point at the entrance of the exhibition, where visitors could borrow one of the variety of Invacare or Küschall Products to use and test while exploring everything the fair had to offer.

In addition to this loan facility various power wheelchairs, scooters and manual wheelchairs were displayed. Focal point of the stand were the Küschall K4, Küschall Compact, Küschall Ultra Light.

There was a large interest in light weight wheelchairs as many of the visiting users, mainly MS sufferers, are currently in very heavy chairs. A much talked about fact during the fair was the need for lightweight and energy efficient wheelchairs to both retain as well as help regain as much independence and mobility as possible. Users were thrilled with the Küschall wheelchairs. And there was a general consensus from all users who had the opportunity to take a Küschall for a test drive that when it came to fulfilling these basic needs the Küschall chairs were ideal.
