Küschall Training with Invacare UK Dealers huge success

Over the course of the 2 days- our European Trainer, Eckhard Francksen held an in-depth course covering a variety of topics.

Day one was intense- after the initial welcome and introductions it was down to business with some basic Küschall theory. First point of the day was the brand Küschall, the Küschall Philosophy and what we represent. After this we took an indepth look at the entire Küschall product range as well as the “Küschall Portfolio” (a tool created to enable an easy overview of the Küschall Options and Accessories).

In the late afternoon after a hard days working and studying everyone was invited to a nearby racetrack (L’Anneau du Rhin) where we spent an incredible few hours racing Ferraris around the circuit.

Day two was more hands on- and entailed our trainer’s famous “Tips and Tricks Workshop”, in which our dealers learnt a variety of tricks useful in their day to day work with Küschall.

In addition to this our UK visitors received a training on measuring the user as well as the wheelchair und took part in a Fault Finding Workshop (where they had to correct mistakes found on the chairs) and a Küschall Quiz.

Lastly all participants took a complete tour of the factory including our testing room- where we could show them the range of high intensity tests we perform on our wheelchairs.

After a relaxing barbeque lunch (eaten inside the Küschall building as the weather was not on our side today, with thunderstorms and heavy rain) our guests received some parting gifts. Then it was time to say goodbye.

All in all it was a fantastic training and we would like to thank our UK visitors for taking the time to come and see us here in Switzerland. We hope they had a useful, informative and unforgettable two days here with us.
